Repair vs. new install

Most radiant service calls are a single cold zone, a stuck valve, trapped air, or a slow pressure drop — affordable, targeted repairs, not whole-system failures. A properly installed loop can outlast the house; it's the manifold, valves, circulator, and heat source that need attention over the years. When you're adding radiant to a remodel or new slab, we design the zones and manifold around your floor construction and heat source and give you a real number before we start.
