My full name is Carol Jurkiewicz, and I live in Ruston, Louisiana. I contacted Mark Johnson the other day, and this is the first time that I have actually used them. When I called them, I thought that the people who answered the phone were so kind, so inviting, that I was absolutely shocked.

When I was speaking to the CSR, I was explaining what my problem was, and to me it was a very serious problem, and she just made me feel like it was their serious problem, and they wanted to help me, and I was just amazed and happy. The technician that came to my house was Nick, amazing, amazing Nick, and the first thing that I noticed about him is how he greeted me, and that he immediately put booties on before he came into my house. Nick took the time to explain what was wrong with my stand-alone tub, why it wasn't draining, and he explained why it wasn't draining, and exactly what he was going to do to fix it.

After that, he asked if I had any other plumbing issues, and I said, well, the water in my showers gets cold, he said, let me look at them. He looked at them, found out that they were put in backwards, and turned them around, and they were working perfectly. Being with Mark Johnson's Plumbing has been, right now, the best experience I have ever had with any company.

I had to pay no fee for them to come out and give me an estimate, and Nick did not charge me for spending an extra 45 minutes to do that work for me. Anyone who needs plumbing work absolutely needs to call Mark Johnson. They are kind, hardworking, and totally dedicated to what they do.

The person that answers the phone is pleasant and they are helpful and have been so far. They're dressed appropriately for their job, they're pleasant, they introduce themselves when they come in the house and then they go to work. If I had to describe the overall experience with Mark Johnson and Sons, I would have to say it's positive and I don't say that lightly.

It's very difficult to deal with a company or find a company where every one of your experiences is positive. The thing that impresses me most about their company is they differentiate themselves like all companies try to do, but the way they do it is by quality of service and quality of people. I would recommend Mark Johnson to family and friends and I have done so.

I have a small handyman business and have recommended Mark Johnson to people that I work with because they're my customers, they're my friends and I trust Johnson to do a good job. What I would tell someone that's considering calling Mark Johnson and company for service is to call them. I would suggest you give them a try and I would just about guarantee that you're going to be satisfied with them.

So we've been using Mark Johnson Plumbing since early 2000, and every time we have called for an appointment or called for trouble, even if it's on the weekend, they've always had somebody come out and take care of our needs. Busted pipes, tree roots in the pipes, they've had to dig ditches in the heat and in the freezing, and I've never heard a complaint from any of the technicians. They've always been so kind and have always given us all the information that we need to carry out whatever the task is that needs to be done at our house.

The technician that came to install my sinks was most recent, and it was Nick Davis, and he was wonderful. He was on time. He took his time.

He was very careful. He repacked my old faucets so that I could potentially try to resell them, and they look like they were factory-packed, but Mark and his team is always punctual and professional.
